ONLINE DELIVERY
Individual enrolment
- Typically delivered through live, facilitated virtual sessions
- Sessions are approximately 2 hours each
- Delivered over several weeks (typically around 4 weeks)
- Usually structured as multiple sessions (typically up to 10 sessions)

Cohort start condition:
Training will commence once a minimum of 40 participants have been confirmed.
Fee:
₦55,000 per participant
Best for: individuals and distributed teams.
IN-PERSON DELIVERY (OPEN ENROLMENT)
- Face-to-face classroom training
- Typically delivered over approximately 3 full days
- Participants drawn from different organisations
- Group exercises, simulations, and facilitated discussions
- Strong peer learning and networking
Cohort start condition:
Training will commence once a minimum of 30 participants have been confirmed.
Fee:
₦299,000 per participant
Includes training materials, meals, training hall, and certificate
Transport and accommodation not included
Best for: immersive individual learning.
IN-HOUSE ORGANISATIONAL DELIVERY (IN-PERSON)

Is this the full program?
